Small-scale decentralized biogas system capable of generating electricity with a feedstock input of 6 kg/day.
Covering challenges of large-scale plants such as 'limited budget' and 'limited raw materials'! Supporting extremely small-scale waste treatment in food factories and remote islands or rural cities.
Biogas plants produce combustible methane gas using organic waste (such as food scraps, livestock manure, and sewage sludge) as raw materials, harnessing the power of microorganisms. This is one form of "renewable energy" that can be utilized in generators, boilers, and stoves. What was previously discarded as waste at a cost can now serve as an energy source. While large-scale centralized systems are suitable for enhancing efficiency, large plants may be too big to address specific needs (such as limited budgets, lack of experience, insufficient raw materials, or limited land). Therefore, we intentionally propose a "small-scale decentralized" approach. ● Demonstration plants for future large-scale development ● Extremely small-scale waste processing at the community level in remote islands and rural cities ● Compliance with food recycling methods in food factories ● Environmental conservation and hygiene improvement in developing countries
